As a pessimistic thinker from the recent past , to a person full of confidence and willing to fight for my future . These big changes has played a significant role in my life as i would say thanks to become one of the scholarship recipients from a 5 star rating airline company in Malaysia. This is my turning point of my life . I would like to thank my all those people surrounded me during the interview and also after the good news.
This happened in just mere ONE month from submitting my application to getting the good news . I received the email saying that there was an intake of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer . I said why not give it a try . I just finished my work as a sales person for a shoe fair and i was waiting for my time to go back to my institution for some preparation work on Food Carnival. I didn't expect the project was postponed And this gave me ample time getting prepared. I found all the details from the organisation chart to the components of aircraftfor the interview. I spent most of my time surfing the net for the information . I got most of the benefits from speaking skills learnt from interview session techniques online.
I can't believe my eyes when i realized that i just obtain the offer . I was surprised and then i felt like i am at the top of the world. I also experienced some disturbance during my bedtime for all the excitement going around.
I don't know if i have the chance to visit Sabah again. The place indeed leave me with a trail of memories.

キナバルさん征服される
From the photo above ,you have already know that i have conquered the highest mountain in South East Asia ,the one and only Mt. Kinabalu. Our trip to hike the mountain is very difficult at first but gradually became easy not because of the terrain became less steep but our spirit were getting stronger and stronger . Overall, the journey to climb the mountain is very challenging and tedious .Most of the pathways are full of stones and steep steps . We hiked from 9.15 a.m. on the 18 of April .The starting point is the Masilau Gate. There is a resort near the gate which is called the Masilau Nature Resort . We stayed one night at the resort .I spent RM18 + RM 15.50 for a buffet breakfast and a dinner Masilau fried rice. Expensive leh!?!?
The Masilau trail is full with trees around and beautiful scenery . And there is a hanging bridge on the Masilau Trail.I still remember when we were tiring of climbing upwards ,then there is a stairs climbing downwards . Whats the point of climbing up and then down again? I also can't tell. If we use the trail of always climbing upwards then i don't mind .With 8.5 kg of backpack on my back ,I maintained my stamina by controlling my breath with a certain sequence .Steps by steps i reached the Laban Rata which we took our rest before reaching Kinabalu 's peak. The temperature indicator shows that it is 13.2 celcius when i reached around 4 p.m.
I noticed that as i climbed the mountain the vegetation vary . From tall gigantic trees to small ,odd-looking plants. We stayed at Gunting Lagadan hostel which is 5 minutes hike from the Laban Rata .Laban Rata has a restaurant and hostels. The prices of the food are all expensive. I had a buffet dinner cost RM33 with only few normal dishes (chicken, veg ,soup ,noodles ,rice). The next morning ,we woke up at G.Lagadan hostel and gathered at side door at 2.00a.m. And the journey starts at 2.30a.m. All around us were in pitch black except the stars are squeezing themselves among the spaces in the air. Most of us are facinated by the scenery . We followed the trail (white rope) to the top . At the bottom of Low's Peak which is the highest peak 4092.5 m , I nearly lost my breath because the air is very thin .Not because of the physical tiredness which hinder my advancement , but the reduction of percentage of Oxygen in that area.I stopped for 3 times and i hugged the rocks with much effort because i was afraid of falling off the ground. Finally ,i reached Low's Peak at 5.30 a.m.But we can't see the sunrise because there were clouds around. But the yellowish -orange colour is enough to make the scenery of the sunrise spectacular. The wind was strong and the bitter cold made us shivering .
One hour later we went back to our hostel and continue our journey to finish our quest after breakfast. Our legs were ached and i suffered from mild headache because of the pressure of the air and tiredness we experienced. We hiked down the mountain via the Timpohon Trail.I reached the Timpohon gate at around 2.20p.m. A total of 4 hours to hike down the trail .
What a good experience . I have conquered the mountain !HURRAY!!!

err...
This is the first time using the cool city WiFi system to online. And I can hardly move anything lah.But one thing for sure is i am not likely to come to this shop again. I am doubtful about why they are still many people around the shop at night .I just can explain to myself. After the whole last week ,from celebrating the closing ceremony and also have a life time experience with the Kadazan here, I think that 's all for me i can say.
I have the week was quite fun with the accompany of my ex-high school friend .He drove me to the Likas stadium for a splendid experience and also drove me around the town (and eaten the juicest of all steamy hot pau) .I was snapping around with the old digital camera to let u all have a look at what Sabah really is.So i hope u can get a clearer picture lah.
